Can free accounts generate images or videos?
No. Images and videos are part of Megsy Pro and appear directly inside your chat. Free accounts can chat with Megsy but cannot create media or switch agents.
How does the introductory first month work?
Your first month of Megsy Pro costs $7 instead of $15. After that, Pro renews at the regular price of $15 a month until you cancel.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. Megsy Pro has no long-term contract, so you can cancel whenever you like.
What are Megsy Credits (MC)?
Megsy Credits are how usage is measured for images, video and heavier agent work. Megsy Pro includes 1,000 MC every month, and chatting with Megsy stays free.
What happens when I run out of MC?
You can keep chatting, and top up at any time with a pack of 500, 1,200 or 3,000 credits. Credit packs are available for Pro members.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are handled securely at checkout, and customers in Egypt can also pay with Vodafone Cash.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds follow our refund policy. If something went wrong, email support@megsyai.com and we will help.
